Post subject:  SampleEntropy

This patch is an example of SampleEntropy computation. A vector of float values is read from a file, it contains two sinus with the same amplitude but different frequencies. Then, three SampleEntropy extraction blocks are provided these three signals as input (that is, the concatenated sinus, and the two sinus composing the concatenated one). The two sinus with constant frequency exhibit a SampleEntropy equal to zero while the one consisting of their concatenation exhibits a higher SampleEntropy value.

Please note: by installing EyesWeb on recent Windows Operating Systems, you will find examples and demos in the Public Documents Folder, which will look like:

C:\Users\Public\Documents\EyesWeb XMI 5.5.0.0\Patches\

E.g.: you can find the "SampleEntropy Patch" at the following path:

C:\Users\Public\Documents\EyesWeb XMI 5.5.0.0\Patches\Tutorial\01_Generic\Generic_08_SampleEntropy.eywx
