Post subject:  EPIX PCI Frame-grabber

Hi,
I would like to use the PIXCI-SV7 frame-grabber board from EPIX with EyesWeb.
http://www.epixinc.com/products/pixci_sv7.htm
EyesWeb 5.1.0. has a block EPIX Frame Grabber in Image and Video Library.
Can I use this new PIXCI-SV7 frame-grabber capturing videos simultaneously from two analog cameras with EyesWeb block in a Windows 7 64-bit PC?
Do I need any software (driver..?) beyond the basic software (XCAP-Lite)?
Does this board work quicker than an USB-grabber? (less, noticeable delay)

All the best, and thanks in advance.

We have never tried that framegrabber, however, according to this table (http://www.epixinc.com/products/index.htm), it should work (we use the xcap lite sdk in the eyw block).
The 64bit version does not work (we have bought the 64bit sdk but we are still working on porting Eyw to 64bits).
You do not need anything else beside xcap lite. Just configure your camera and export the configuration to epix_configuration.fmt

What does it mean?
Can I buy a PIXCI-SV7 frame-grabber board and it should work in my Windows 7 64-bit system (64-bit PCI bus!?) with EyesWeb 5.1.0. Rev. 4229?
Or does EywEpix.dll driver work only with Windows 7 32-bit system (32-bit PCI bus)?
