Hi,

Is there a color tracking block or patch in EyesWeb? If not can someone give me a quick overview of how I might do it?

Also, I'm wondering about the EyesWeb's connection to openCV. Some openCV libraries are included in the basic install of EyesWeb, right?
Is all openCV functionality included in EyesWeb or would I gain more functions by installing openCV on my system? like color and face tracking for example.

Thanks,
Henry

Only a subset of the OpenCV functions are wrapped by EyesWeb blocks. Installing OpenCV on your system doe not change this. Someone must develop blocks to invoke the OpenCV functions, in order to use them in EyesWeb.
A Face detection block is available (developed by Matei Mancas). Color tracking is also available (but, IIRC, it is not based on OpenCv functions). I will provide an example patch.

Hi

I'm using EyesWeb XMI 5.0.3 and I didn't find any color tracking block available.

Are you sure color tracking is implemented in EyesWeb ?
And if so, can you provide an example patch that shows how it can be done ?

Otherwise, I guess I'll have to develop a custom block with color tracking functions from OpenCV...?

Thanks,

Coryolis

Erf, the patch won't load.. It says : "Unknown patch version.Error loading patch"
Which version of EyesWeb did you use for this patch ? 5.0.3.0 ?

Otherwise, could you just give me a screenshot of the patch, so I can rebuild it myself ?
