I'm not sure I understoodo your issue. Is a fixed map from 0...127 to note numbers ok? If yes you could simply save a text file containing a vector with the notes number, load the text file in Eyw (ReadMatrixFromFile - Int) and extract a single value (MatrixGetItem) using the Area (mapped to 0...127) as the index.
